                                Frequently Asked Questions

Do we receive the negatives.   Yes you will receive all digital negatives on a CD or DVD of all files from the day for our Wedding Commissions.

When will my time start.   Your time with us will start from the pre determined time set in our consultations. If you would like us to start shooting at your home, then that is when your time will start. All package hours are consecutive.

Will you be my photographer.  Yes I will be your photographer as we do not contract out to other photographers.

How many photos will you take. We work hard to have a complete record of your special day this might require 200 images or it may need 500 to accomplish this as each assignment is unique. We have no limits.

How soon will I receive my Proofs.   We make every effort to have all wedding proofs ready for delivery with in 2 weeks of your wedding.

Do I get to keep my proofs. Yes you get to keep all your edited proofs in the albums we supply to hold them.

How many locations may I have.  You may have as many locations as you wish, keeping in mind the more you have the less time we will have to photograph you.

What type of cameras do you use.  We use Canon professional 35mm digitals shot in RAW format for best quality. All equipment is backed up in case of malfunction.

What happens if it rains.   We always make arrangements for locations should it start to rain. You will be advised of were these locations are during our consultations.

How do we book you.    In order to book our services we will require a 1/3rd deposit of the package you select including both taxes.

Are you willing to travel.    Yes we will travel if it is required. Should the event be out side of the lower mainland a mileage fee will be charged. Additional charges for accommodation and transportation if required will be laid out in your contract.

Do you offer online proofing.   Yes .

What is your photography style.   We use a blend of  traditional and documentary with artistic poses to produce a story of your day. We also spend time capturing  candids of family and friends, table and room decorations or anything that will add to the story.

Do you allow others to take photo's.   Yes we have no problem with others taking photo's so long as it doesn't interfere with our work or keeping the event from running on time.
